Brancaster Beach is the closest beach (of many) to the cottages and is just a 10-minute drive away. Just next door to the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club.
A children's playing field and tennis courts can be found within Docking.

At Burnham Market, you can find deli's, pubs, boutiques, and much more. This is a popular spot for visitors of North Norfolk and is just 6 miles away. You'll find multiple places to dine out here.
A neighbouring village, Thornham, is worth a visit with a choice of places to dine out- The Lifeboat Inn, The Chequers and The Orange Tree. Thornham Deli is also perfect for picking up local produce.

Titchwell Marshes and Snettisham RSPB reserves- popular with bird watchers. Titchwell marshes are known for their freshwater lagoons which attract avocets, bearded tits and marsh harriers.
